About me
Eileen Collins, PE, PTOE is a Penn State alumni, and has been involved in the planning, moderating or speaking at every TESC conference since its inception in 1994. Her 36-year career has involved many aspects of transportation engineering and improving highway safety. Eileen is a Sr. Project Manager and shareholder at Drive Engineering and works in the Camp Hill PA office. Eileen has no free time; she is limping to the finish line with a teen ready to graduate from high school and head off to college. However, she does enjoy unplanned day trip jaunts to discover new destinations with her spouse, and a solid 80’s playlist blaring in the car.
