About me
Joe Rusiewicz, PE is a Senior Highway Engineer in the Pittsburgh office for TranSystems. Joe is a highway team lead as well as serving as Project Manager for highway transportation projects. Joe has 15 years of experience and started his career at PennDOT District 3-0 starting as a Civil Engineer Trainee and working his way up to a Senior Civil Engineer Supervisor. He is currently a Director on the Board of the ASHE Pittsburgh section as well as the steering committee for this conference. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Bucknell University and a Masters in Civil Engineering with a focus in Transportation Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
