About me
Rachel McGuire, PTP is an Advanced Mobility Project Manager at Jacobs where she is the contract manager for the DelDOT Multi-modal Transportation and Land Use Planning Agreement which houses multiple planning, operations, and resilience projects throughout DOT. Rachel uses her civil engineering degree to enhance her work on smart, innovative and climate responsible transportation planning projects. She loves to build community and foster connections in the industry and is known for her integrity, leadership, and accountability. Some of her favorite projects include the Congestion Management and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, the Division of Transportation Resilience and Sustainability (TRS) related projects (including the Carbon Reduction and Resilience Improvement Plans) and working on strategic planning initiatives. Rachel has been a career long member of ITE and is proud of her involvement both at the local level at MASITE, as well as more recently with ITE International.
