About me
Mr. Pento began his professional career with PENNDOT in 1992 and has held a variety of engineering positions within the Department. Since 1998, Bob has worked in PennDOT’s central office on traffic operations issues in the Bureau of Operations. He received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in PA.
