Steve is a Vice-President of Planning & Advisory Services at Kimley-Horn. Steve is passionate about cities, transportation and planning and how emerging technologies can be used to support people-focused planning goals. Steve has nearly 30 years of experience in transportation in both public and private sectors. Prior to Kimley-Horn, Steve served as the National Director for Planning and Environmental Planning for a top 5 national AEP firm. Earlier in his career Steve served as the General Manager for Transportation Services for the City of Toronto. Prior to that, Steve served at the Director of Policy and Planning for the Deputy Mayor for Transportation and Utilities, and Deputy Commissioner for Transportation in Philadelphia
