About me
Dr. Abdul Zineddin brings more than 25 years of Federal, private sector, and international experience in transportation. Abdul has been with FHWA for almost 14 years and currently serving on the Executive Team for FHWA's Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC) as a Senior Advisor to the Associate Administrator. He provides independent counsel on program and policy matters spanning all facets of TFHRC’s Research, Development, and Technology. This includes leading activities on succession planning, strategic planning, financial management, international collaborations, human capital management, and technology management. Abdul holds a Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
