About me
Anthony is a Senior Project Manager with 12 years of transportation engineering experience with PennDOT District 11-0. He currently manages several moderately and major complex projects including multiple interchange reconfigurations and provides technical support to the District’s Roadway Design Unit. He also serves as the District’s Design Guide Rail mentor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and is a registered professional engineer.
