About me
Bob has been in the transportation industry since 1971, when his father purchased the first tow truck for the family’s full-service Esso station. Bob became a tow truck driver on his 16th birthday, towing a Volkswagen Beetle to the VW dealership in Williamsport, and then went on to earn an associate’s degree in auto mechanics from the Williamsport Area Community College (now Pennsylvania College of Technology) in 1977. He built airplanes for Piper for 4 ½ years and spent a year hauling milk to the Farmland Dairies in New York and New Jersey.
In 1983, Bob became the owner of what is now Bressler’s Garage Inc. He has spent the past 40 years towing and repairing vehicles, and cleaning up vehicle accidents. He currently serves as a Township Supervisor for Greene Township and previously served as the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Towing Association.
