About me
Brandon joined PennDOT in 2008 and has been in his current position as the Instrumentation Materials Manager 1 at the Materials and Testing Lab in the Laboratory Testing Section (LTS) since 2012. His section is responsible for work associated with the Instrumentation Lab and field evaluations of Pavement Marking Materials (PMM) for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Product Evaluation and Audit Solutions. He oversees testing of sign sheeting, various styles of delineators, paint truck calibrations, and general machine shop fabrication. Brandon is the assistant Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and maintains the Nuclear Gauge Safety Program for PennDOT. He is a member of the AASHTO Product Evaluation and Audit Solutions PMM technical committee and organized the PA 2023 PMM Test Deck in Blair County. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Natural Science from Pennsylvania State University.
