Ben Warner is a dedicated Regional Planner with a strong commitment to improving roadway safety for all users. A recent graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Ben has been contributing his expertise to the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission for the past three years. At Tri-County, he has played a crucial role as the Project Manager for the Regional Safety Action Plan, funded through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program, focusing on eliminating fatal and serious injury crashes across the Tri-County Region. Ben was instrumental in securing a grant for the "Sober Ride Home" demonstration project, which provides free rides home for patrons who have consumed too much alcohol at bars or restaurants, ensuring safer journeys for everyone. Early in his career, Ben has demonstrated a strong dedication to enhancing community safety and reducing traffic-related incidents, making a significant impact in the Harrisburg area and beyond.
