About me
Cheryl Moon recently retired from PennDOT after 37 1/2 years and her last position held was Executive Deputy Secretary. Her favorite jobs were District Executive/ and ADE-Design of District 11 which included Allegheny, Beaver, Lawrence Counties. Currently works for The Lindy Group as Chief Engineer.
Involved with the project delivery of countless roadway and bridge projects in the Pittsburgh and surrounding region during her career including the Fern Hollow and Hulton Bridges amongst many others.
Professional Engineer who graduated from Penn State University with Civil Engineering Degree.
Involved with the Engineers Society of Western PA, PSU Beaver Advisory Board along with a member of American Society of Highway Engineers and Women’s Transportation Seminar.
Cherly has a 27 year old daughter, Gina, who is a PSU grad Industrial Engineer living in San Diego.
Love to golf, swim, attend Steeler and other Pittsburgh sports events, hang with friends and family.
