About me
Dan has over 30 years of federal, state, and private sector experience in the transportation field – 17 of those years with FHWA. He is currently serving as the transportation operations program manager in the PA Division. Responsibilities include promoting and improving transportation system management and operations (TSM&O) statewide, ITS project stewardship & oversight, traffic incident management (TIMs), transportation performance measures (PM3), freight management and operations, National Response Program ESF-1 cadre, Emergency Coordination, and Division COOP coordination. Dan holds a B.S. from IUP in Regional Planning and a A.S. in Electrical/Mechanical Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
