About me
Dave was the lead roadway engineer for the project during design before transitioning into the project manager role during construction. He currently oversees the daily operations of the Highway Department in Michael Baker International’s headquarters office in Moon Township. He is a 2009 civil engineering graduate from Geneva College and has experience in the design and delivery of roadways of diverse typologies and complexities for a variety of clients including state DOTs, private rail companies, county government, and local municipalities.
