About me
Eric Kinard currently serves as the District Permits Manager within the Traffic Unit of PennDOT’s District 8 Engineering Office. He supervisors a team of Engineers and Specialists which work with the public and private sectors in regard to traffic signal, highway occupancy and special hauling permits. He has spent 18 of his 19 years with the Department reviewing Transportation Impact Studies and Traffic Signal Designs.
