About me
Eliza Erickson is the Director of PLC Innovation in the newly created Office of Transformation & Opportunity in the Office of Governor Josh Shapiro. In this role, Eliza focuses on driving process improvement and culture change around some of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s most impactful permits, working with agencies to help them uncover new solutions to permitting challenges. Prior to joining the Shapiro Administration, Eliza spent nine years overseeing the City of Philadelphia’s innovation portfolio as the Director of Innovation & Strategy, and she has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Michigan
