About me
Emily Hoffman, PE, is a Senior Traffic Engineer at Lochner with more than 15 years of experience in traffic engineering. She has performed and led traffic engineering services from conceptual planning through final design. Her experience further includes a wide range of initiatives, such as urban (congested) corridor studies, roundabout analysis, microsimulation analysis, safety improvement evalations, interchange reconstruction studies, and traffic control design.
