About me
Evan has been a PennDOT employee for the past 8 years and has worked in the Standards and Criteria Unit for the past 5 years. As part of the Standards and Criteria Unit, his responsibilities include updating various Publications, such as Pub 13M (Design Manual Part 2) and Pub 72M (Roadway Construction Standards), where he has assisted with updating them to reflect MASH 2016 guidance as additional MASH research is conducted.
