Gene has over 34 years of federal, state, and private sector experience in the transportation field. He is currently serving as the director of Traffic Engineering for Larson Design Group and is the Harrisburg PA office manager. Gene has significant experience as a Project Manager having completed numerous projects consisting of traffic projections and traffic impact studies, freight movement planning, traffic signal design, traffic control plans, technical reports, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) research, and analyses of existing and proposed roadway intersections, corridors, and networks. In addition, Gene regularly performs traffic, safety, security studies, planning and design activities for military installations worldwide.
