About me
Glenn is a Senior Principal Engineer at Kittelson and Associates where he kick-started the Harrisburg Office in 2019. He also moonlights for Kittelson LLC, a subsidiary specializing in forensic expert work. His main client? The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office, where he defends PennDOT in tort cases.
Before joining Kittelson, Glenn “claims” he was the brains behind PennDOT's Highway Safety and Traffic Engineering Division. There he had the chance to mentor his staff and consultant’s young moldable minds, like Larry Bankert and Doug Tomlinson, helping them reach the pinnacle of their careers. With 35 years at PennDOT and 5 years at Kittelson under his belt, Glenn has seen the amazing evolution of the industry from hand lettering plans with a Leroy set to the omnipresent of auto vehicles. He loves to use his experiences in tackling the industry's toughest transportation challenges.
