About me
Jason has been Deputy Director of Allegheny County Public Works since 2019. Jason oversees the Engineering Division, which is responsible for the design and construction of all capital improvement projects to the County’s inventory of over 400 miles of road and 518 bridges. Prior to joining the County, Jason held a variety of positions in PennDOT District 11, including Project Delivery, Pavement Management Engineer and HOP Manager. Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
