About me
Justin joined PennDOT in 2011 and has been in his current position as the Signing and Pavement Markings Unit Manager in the Highway Safety & Traffic Operations Division (HSTOD) since 2015 which includes the Department’s Central Sign Shop. The unit is responsible for the manufacture of approximately 80,000 signs annually, operation of all statewide signing and pavement marking programs and the development of standards and specifications. Justin is also a member of the Traffic Control Device Pooled Fund Study as well as the Regulatory/Warning Sign Technical Committee for the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
