About me
Dr. Miller is a Staff Engineer within the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) organization at Southwest Research Institute. He has over 25 years of professional experience in technology program management. Dr. Miller’s expertise includes technical leadership in systems engineering, performance management, decision support systems, transportation systems management and operations, smart cities, and integrated corridor management. Dr. Miller has been involved with several ICM and DSS related projects. Most recently as the DSS technical lead for the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) Regional Multi-Modal Mobility Management Program (RM3P), and the owner’s representative and technical lead for the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Regional Integrated Corridor Management (R-ICMS) project in the Orlando region.
