About me
Dr. Kersavage is Safety Engineer in VHB’s transportation safety group in Washington, DC. She earned her Ph.D. from Penn State and B.S. from the George Washington University. As a researcher, she has focused on highway safety analysis, speed management, and highway geometric design. Prior to joining VHB, she has worked in both the private and public sectors, for the District of Columbia Department of Transportation and McMahon Associates in Philadelphia. Dr. Kersavage’s experience has included projects for local, State, and Federal clients. She is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia.
