About me
Leila is a project manager in the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI). She joined DOMI in 2023 after a decade of experience in the field and has a diverse background that includes transportation technology, multimodal transportation planning and engineering, ITS, transit, and tolling. Her work has focused primarily on cultivating safe, innovative applications of emerging technologies to use in all types of transportation projects. Leila is especially passionate about using technology to positively shape the future of communities. She received degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
