About me
LeAnn Parmenter is currently the Assistant Public Works Director with the City of Erie. She is a professional engineer and has a BS from Penn State and MS from University of Maryland. She has worked as the traffic engineer for the City of Erie for 18 years. Prior to working at the City of Erie, she was a project Engineer for the Maryland State Highway Administration and Howard County, Maryland. She has been involved in the development of the City’s active transportation plan and the implementation of several active transportation projects.
