About me
Mark is a transportation planner located in the Philadelphia region who focuses on the intersection of data and design. He spends his time at work developing tools for projects he's working on, for other planners at DVRPC, and for the public at large. When he's not working, he can usually be found biking around the Philadelphia region, searching for hills to climb.
