About me
Mike Dzurko has over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sector in the Traffic Engineering field. He has served as the Highway Occupancy Permit Program Manager in the Bureau of Operations for the past 14 years. Prior to this he held positions in PennDOT’s Engineering District 8-0 office as the HOP Manager, as well as in the Traffic Unit where he was responsible for reviewing traffic impact studies, traffic signal designs, and other traffic engineering related assignments for the remainder of time spent with PennDOT.
