About me
Roy has sixteen years of experience in the fields of transportation policy and planning, with a focus in active transportation, climate change, equity, and health. In his capacity as Executive Policy Specialist with PennDOT, he works with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to craft policy, regulations, and legislation. He currently serves on the AASHTO Council on Active Transportation and the Transportation Research Board’s Powered Micromobility Subcommittee, and he is leading a PennDOT research effort that will summarize and compare regulatory and policy options for managing micromobility in Pennsylvania.
