Ryan Judge is the Deputy Chief Planning Officer – Strategy & Analysis at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). In that role, he coordinates strategic and long range planning activities at SEPTA, including expansion projects and station-area planning studies. He led the development of SEPTA Forward, the agency’s strategic plan, and is leading critical implementation programs, including Reimagining Regional Rail, Bus Revolution, and Project Metro.
