About me
Ryan helps steer the vision for PennDOT’s Traffic Management Centers and Systems, Temporary Traffic Control, and the TSMO Performance Program. In 2021, the TSMO Performance Program’s efforts won “Best Overall Project” from the National Operations Center of Excellence. The outcomes of this program have allowed for data-driven ITS solutions to be scoped into operation on PennDOT roads, and for PennDOT to better understand the impact the Department has on the public and economy. Ryan’s key initiatives center around the efficiency and safety of our transportation network and improving transparency for information sharing. He has worked with PennDOT for 16 years and is a graduate of West Chester University.
