Scott Hoffman is the former CTO of PennDOT and currently serves as a Principal Solutions Architect for Skyline Technology Solutions. In his role, he drives innovation in Intelligent Transportation Systems, network operations, cybersecurity, IT Service Management, and Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO). With 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, Scott has focused on numerous operational aspects of IT and cybersecurity services, including system design and implementation, network management, data protection, and incident response. His expertise ensures robust and secure IT infrastructures that support critical transportation operations. His unique perspective, shaped by his work in both the public and private sectors, allows him to deeply understand and address the needs of his customers.
