About me
Scott joined the PennDOT Behavioral Traffic Safety Unit in 2006 and currently serves as the Enforcement Programs Manager. His staff’s primary role is to assist agencies in applying for Federal and State grant funding. He is a 2004 graduate of Penn State University and lives in the Harrisburg area with his wife and two children. Scott enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and serving as a Cub Scout Den Leader for Pack 192 in New Cumberland, PA.
