Tim Benner, PE serves as Project Manager for the Pittston Pair Project (SR11 Section 350, Luzerne Co.). He has over 33 years of transportation and bridge design experience and is currently a Sr. Vice President with CDR Maguire Engineering in Allentown, PA. Mr. Benner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan.
